The Blade: The Black154cm blade delivers a good blend of edge retention, corrosion resistance and toughness while being easy to sharpen to a razor-like edge. The blade has a high height saber grind for good strength without sacrificing slicing performance and short clip and swedge enhance the piercing capabilities while leaving the 6800BK with a strong tip. The black coating helps prevent corrosion, adds extra protection against surface ware and reduces the reflectivity of the knife. APB deployment is fast and simple, a truly standout feature of the 6800BK!

The Handle: Milled anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum scales fill the hand and provide solid traction. Stainless liners make a rock solid platform for the Ambidextrous Push Button (APB) lock which also deploys the blade. Push either side or both sides simultaneously to disengage the lock. A spine slide safety can be engaged while the blade is open for extra security during hard use and both the slide and short backspacer sport heavy jimping for additional traction in hand. The backspacer is also equipped with an emergency carbide glass breaker insert.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, deep carry stainless steel clip.
