The latest collaboration between maker DJ Urbanovsky and Boker Knives comes the compound ground M13 G10 fixed blade. Overbuilt, beefy and just plain solid package here in a medium-sized worker knife.
The Blade: Full tang stainless steel construction on this piece with a heavy stonewashed finish. A modified spear point-style with a recurve will come in handy for slicing and piercing tasks. Sick compound grinds reminiscent of DJ's custom work add a bit of pop to the blade. Jimping all around to keep a handle on the M13 in any environment.
The Handle: Thick Black G10 handle scales are milled with DJ's logo, textured and then bolted on with heavy duty screws. It fills the hand quite nicely and offers a firm grip. The pommel extends just a bit past the scales for an added impact tool backup. There is a small lanyard hole near the bottom as well.
The M13 fixed knife is sure to be another winner built from these two knife designers. It's size makes it a convenient carry option wherever you go and it's overbuilt toughness makes it as great in tactical situations as it does in the woods. Includes a black Kydex sheath with Boker belt adapter.
