The Boker Nessmi fixed blade knife is maker Jesper Voxnaes' tribute, or version if you will, of a classic "Nessmuk" design. Nessmuk was the pseudonym of outdoor enthusiast and author George W. Sears who, in his own right, was small and lightweight (5'3" 104 lbs.) Therefore, a Nessmuk knife became known as a handy everyday carry, lightweight with a slightly elongated blade shape. The Boker Nessmi weighing in at almost 2.5 ounces, is stout for its size. 2/16 inch thick premium CPM-S30V blade steel is full tang and satin finished providing everyday edge retention. Well equipped grip via green canvas micarta scales accented with yellow fiber liners pinned to the tang via two hollow tubes. Exceptional feel in hand, ground to a hair popping edge and comes with a premium leather belt sheath. The Boker Nessmi is brand new direct from Boker Knives.
