Buck Knives Salient Limited Edition CF Razor 0039CFSLE

Designed by Buck's own Caleb Cooper, the Salient straight razor is a Limited Edition offering of only 250 pieces made. This is a shaver for the future featuring a CNC contoured Carbon Fiber handle and hand crafted square point shaped blade for a clean barber-style shave. 

Brand new item directly from Buck Knives, USA. 

The Blade: Built from Buck's own 420HC steel with precision and elegance. It's shaving sharp from the deep hollow grinds and satin finished for a classic barber look. The stock is quite thick and coupled with jimping on the top and bottom make it easy to get a sure grip. The "show" side has the Buck USA logo while the back features Caleb's logo and lasered LIMITED EDITION. Just below those words are the piece's individual serial number ###/250. This blade is absolutely stunning and easy to operate via the curved arm extension of the tang. 

The Handle: CNC contoured black carbon fiber was a wise choice for this Limited Run. It's handsome, modern, elegant yet so much more in being lightweight and super strong. It is nicely polished with grooves cut into both sides plus many individual fibers can be felt when held for a very sure comfortable grip. Construction consists simply of black oxide finished screws, a couple silver barrel spacers and of course a single pivot pin that allows the blade to rotate out of the handle. 

The Packaging: The Salient ships in a wood display box with carved Logos and knife specifications with a Buck microfiber bag for safe keeping. Also included is a serial matching Certificate of Authenticity.
