Case dark red chexx knives have tru-sharp stainless steel blades, nickel silver bolsters and a traditional oval Case shield. The dark red bone handles are laser cut to create the attractive checker board pattern of red and dark grey squares. The knives with this distinctive bone handle were produced in 2006.
