Description
The Case Melon Tester with Brown Jigged Bone is straight out of the 19th century fresh from the Case factory. Produce buyers carried similar knives to cut a plug from a melon to test its freshness. This tester features one long Tru-Sharp stainless steel spear blade with a mirror polish finish and nail-nick opener. The handsome brown jigged bone scales are pinned to brass liners and topped off with nickel silver bolsters. A nickel silver Case shield is attached to the front scale. Made in USA.
