Description

Vintage Case USA 1965-1969 Crown Pen Knife with bail pattern in near mint condition. This classically styled knife is an excellent specimen featuring two mirror polished blades, both pens. Both blades have a strong backspring and good snap when closing indicating the quality of craftsmanship of the time. Nickel silver bolsters house the beautiful brownish red bone handle which has been pinned to integral nickel silver liners. A bail and nickel silver oval shield also accents the front side of the handle. Primary pen blade features the CASE XX USA tang stamp (1965-1969) on front side and 62042 pattern number on back side. Item does not include original box or paperwork. More images are available upon request.

**Mint Condition: Original as it once came from the manufacturer. Never used, carried, sharpened or heavily cleaned. Unblemished.*

Very small rub on front of primary blade near tip as well as back of primary where it contacts secondary blade when in the closed position. Also small rub near tip on secondary blade where blade contacts liner when closed.
