CRKT Carnufex Ikoma IKBS Flipper 5480

Flavio Ikoma was one of the creators of the revolutionary bearing pivot system, IKBS, as well as being a custom knife designer. The CRKT Carnufex 5480 shows Ikoma's style in the functional flipper design and the sweeping lines of the hollow ground recurve blade. The Carnufex was a basal predator from the Triassic Era and the styling of the knife is a tribute to this hunter. The Blade:The predatory ancestry of the Carnufex is revealed in the aggressive tip of the modified drop point blade and the sweeping recurve of the hollow grind. This IKBS flipper is lightening fast and will devour any cutting task in its path.

The Handle:The frame lock and handle scales are made from solid stainless steel that is contoured for a comfortable in-hand feel. For added traction they have added reptilian textured Glass Reinforced Nylon inlays and a dino-spine back spacer.
