The Karen Hood Chopper 3515 from CRKT was designed as a serious outdoor chopping tool. This knife can easily fulfill the roles of an axe, machete, and large cutting tool all in one package. The KHC is made from tough and easy to field-maintain 1095 high carbon tool steel with a rugged, corrosion resistant black powder coat finish. This steel is a popular choice for wilderness knives and has been proven in the field. If you are looking for a single tool for woods work or a backcountry adventure then look no further than the CRKT KHC Karen Hood Chopper 3515.

The Blade:A 9" blade of 1095 high carbon tool steel has a 12 degree drop from the handle providing the perfect geometry for some serious chopping. The blade is black powder coated for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. The recurve blade enhances slicing tasks making the K.H.C. a great, multi-function blade.

The Handle:Fully removable handles are made from Polished Resin Infused Fiber (Micarta). They are contoured for a comfortable grip with drilled holes that help with balance, weight reduction, and grip.

Carries via a High Quality Reinforced Nylon Sheath.
