This Enrique Pena Zulu model has sharp looks and top notch build quality. Pena's slip joints are quickly becoming popular among collectors and the Zulu is his most sought after model. Comes packaged with a nylon zipper pouch embroidered with the maker's name. Brand new, direct from the 2016 USN Gathering.
The Blade: The blade of this folder has a hand rubbed satin finish, finely sharpened edge and ultra clean grinds. A well defined nail nick is present for opening as well as a built in half stop with a decisive snap while closing the blade.
The Frame: Unlike most maker's slip joint knives, the bolster and liner of this knife are milled from one solid piece of stainless steel resulting in a clean look with no visible pivot pin in the middle of the bolster. Pena chose a gorgeous looking blue and silver twill carbon fiber for the handle scales and gave all of the stainless hardware a great looking satin finish to match the blade.
