When will my order ship?

In stock items typically leave our storefront within 24 hours of purchase and often same day for orders placed prior to noon CST. We ship packages everyday but Sunday to ensure the quickest delivery of your order.

Are your packages insured?

Yes! All of the packages that leave our facility are fully insured against loss, damage and theft until they are delivered safe and sound. All knives and most items ship in a discreet brown corrugated cardboard box to insure the safety of not only the item, but also the condition of the manufacturers retail box and packaging. Every once in a while we will ship small accessories, such as a single lanyard bead or patch, in a padded bubble bag.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we absolutely offer expedited shipping options through UPS and USPS. If you need a product by a certain date, please call and speak with one of our representatives for the best method.

Why hasn't my credit card been charged yet?

Credit cards are charged after we gather and inspect the item(s) on your order. If you place an order after our shipping cut-off of noon CST, you will likely not see a charge on your credit card until the next business day.

Do you take PayPal?

No, unfortunately, we cannot take PayPal. Certain products sold on our website violate PayPal policy. As we wish to sell these products, we have opted to remove PayPal as a payment option from our site.

Can you honor a previously quoted price I received via e-mail?

Some manufacturers have began to more strictly enforce minimum advertised pricing policies (MAP). As this is the case, we are unable to honor pricing quotes sent via e-mail prior to these changes.

Will you hold an item for me?

We do not hold items for two reasons. First, we receive many requests to hold in demand products prior to them hitting our storefront. In an effort to give a fair chance to all buyers, we sell these first come first served once they hit our website. And second, in the past we did hold items when asked nicely and often the products were never paid or shipped leaving popular items sitting on our shelves.

How do your pre-orders work?

If you would like to place a pre-order with us, you can do so just as you would place a normal order. We do not charge your credit card until the pre-ordered item is in stock and ready to ship. If multiple items are placed on a single pre-order, items will ship as they arrive here at our store. In an attempt to fulfill pre-orders in a timely manner, we often limit the number of pre-orders we will take for certain popular items.

Where are you located?

Our storefront and warehouse are located in Troy, Illinois just 20 minutes East of St. Louis, Missouri. Our centralized location allows us to provide fast shipping to either coast with normal shipping methods taking 1-3 business days.

Are you open on Mondays?

Yes and no. We do have limited staff here on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST to answer phones and process orders; however, our showroom is closed to the public.
