The Blade: Nearly three inches in length, this hawkbill-styled blade is shaped like a claw for digging in and slashing cuts. Built from a high grade Bohler stainless steel, given an upper swedge grind and finished with a worn-in tumbling. The 479 has three ways in which it can be deployed for the user's convenience. It can be flipped open as it has a small integrated flipper tab on the back. There is a thumb hole window great for a gloved hand.
