The Hinderer XM-24 is the largest knife in the series of XM knives. It was specifically designed for those with larger hands or for use when wearing gloves. Ease of opening and closing one-handed combined with a reliable lock system were also primary considerations, all met within the 24. This version of the knife has an Anthracite DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) finish spanto blade with flipper, Working Finish titanium handle and a Black G10 handle scale. Brand new directly from the Hinderer Ranch.
Part of the fun in owning a Hinderer is the amount of customization available to the user. Almost everything except the blade and rear scale can be swapped out, including the hardware. Check out our huge selection of Hinderer parts before checkout and put your own spin on this modern day classic.
The Blade: The blade of this knife is a spanto design with dark grey Anthracite DLC finish, flat grinds and aggressive jimping on top combined with a super sharp edge that ends neatly at the forward finger choil. This XM-24 has an integrated flipper tab, which also acts well as a guard when open. Although the blade is hefty, a bit of wrist action may be needed on these to fully deploy the blade via the flipper.
The Handle: This knife has a Black G10 front scale, with a Working Finish (dark blasted and tumbled) titanium liner lying beneath. The rear side is solid CNC machined working finished titanium with hefty jimping and a frame lock. Hinderer's famous lock bar stabilizer or LBS is present, and a reversible DLC tip up or down carry clip/filler tab is attached. The XM-24 has open spine construction via barrel spacers and will provide years of guilt free use thanks to its Working Finished frame.
