Description

The Hogue Aluminum Tactical Folding Knife is part of the Extreme Series designed by Allen Elishewitz, and functions well as an everyday carry and survivalist. The piece begins with a stout 3.5" drop point style dual thumb studded blade made of 154CM stainless razor sharp steel. It is then stone-wash finished, hardened to a 58-60 HRC, and cryogenically treated to increase the steel's toughness without decreasing its hardness for longer edge retention. The lightweight olive green anodized 6061-T6 machined aluminum frame has a built-in button lock mechanism with an extra safety on the front to back up the already rock solid open position blade. The burly 1/4" heat treated and polished pivot pin allows for incredibly smooth blade deployment. This workhorse folder goes above and beyond its "Extreme" classification, and is ready to handle whatever you can throw at it. Includes a stainless steel pocket clip for tip-up or tip-down carry. Made in USA.
