Chris Reeve Sikayo with 6.5" CPM-S30V Powder Steel blade. The blade is ground on only one side for exceptional slicing abilities. The cutting edge has a curve to allow cutting with minimal pressure and to facilitate "rocking" for the dicing of vegetables and herbs. Full tang contruction with Ultem1000 handle slabs. The handle slab on the side against your palm is thicker to provide a more comfortable grip. This knife is dedicated right handed. Made in USA.
