KAI Pure Komachi 2 Santoku with a hollow ground high carbon stainless steel blade and granton edge. Blade features non-stick coating to keep food from sticking and to resist corrosion and bacteria. Each knife in the Pure Komachi 2 line featueres a bright and unique color code to prevent cross contamination during food preparation. The handles are ergonomically designed for right or left handed use and have a comfortable lonomer-resin handle.
