Liong Mah Design GSD Bling Carbon Fiber Flipper

The GSD Bling flipper from designer Liong Mah is a souped-up version of the popular CRKT model. This is the "Bling" version sporting wire-wheeled titanium frames with carbon fiber inlays. It has a smokin' hot hidden flipper tab that disappears when opened and a crazy smooth bolster lock that'll become your next fidget device.

The Blade: This is the modified drop point of the future. It upsweeps to combine with an upper swedge grind becoming quite spear-ish. This gives you that piercing point you so desire of the spear point mixed with the belly slice you need from the drop point. It's a spop point. You heard it here first. The gorgeous satin finish absolutely glimmers as you turn it in the light. The flats (hand rubbed) have a window cutout, but it's purely aesthetic as the GSD is a true flipper through and through. The notched flipping tab sticks out just enough to get a pad on there and whip that thing out of the handle. It flies on a sealed ball bearings pivot system. 

The Handle: The titanium frames, back spacer and pocket clip have all been wire wheel finished. This finish is way cool as it gives it that orange peel appearance while adding the lightest amount of texture. It looks and feels like no other titanium. This thing is light and super balanced. The carbon fiber inlays have great curb appeal. They feature great curves and lines plus they're smooth, not slick. Gotta love that. The lock might be the coolest part about the GSD. The carbon fiber inlay covers most of the frame lock bar leaving only the top exposed. This creates a "bolstered" look, hence the bolster lock. Although the inlay most likely wouldn't allow for over travel, the lockface is also outfitted with a steel insert and extra lock over travel protection. Use or function of the lock could not be smoother or easier. A reversible tip up pocket clip is attached for right or left hand carry. A clip insert comes secured to the other side.
