Brand new Northfield #81 Cooner Skinner by Great Eastern Cutlery is Serialized 1 of 25 made dressed in very cool Staffordshire Blue Acrylic. The acrylic is something to behold as it has a cold, cracked ice or glass appearance. The icy blue and white look like fragments of a stained glass window. Dual opposing 1095 carbon steel blades make the Coon Skinner a handy companion
The Blades: Two opposing Muskrat Clip blades are around three inches in length and have a nice polished finish. Each are smooth to operate with a nice strong snap back spring. Both feature textured matchstick pull nail nick openers for easy operation. The Northfield logo appears on the front of the primary blade.
The Handle: A straightforward approach with slight hump back to go into the palm. The icy cool acrylic scales are pinned to brass liners and meet up with slanted nickel silver bolsters. Both bolsters have a machined, slanted stripe and light pinching on the ends. The primary is individually serialized with it's uique number. The acrylic is smooth to the touch and has depth you could stare at for hours. A traditional shield is pinned to the front.
The Serialized #81 Coon Skinner is a handsome pocket knife. One that would be right at home in any collection or make an excellent every day companion. Each Staffordshire Blue Skinner comes in the GEC unique tube packaging complete with signed Certificate of Authenticity.
