The Blade: Satin finished sheepsfoot style blade for utility cutting with a front side long nail nick. The tang is stamped Northfield UN-X-LD made in USA on the front and pattern number on the back side. Frozen forged and hammer tested carbon steel blade holds a good edge and is easy to sharpen.

The Handle: Notched handle gives easy access to grab hold of the blade for easy opening, and perfect for those with short finger nails. A strong back spring and positive half-stop gives the knife user confidence in the operation of the knife. Rosewood handle scales gives a warm feel and mate up to a single grooved and pinched bolster for a little extra character to the knife. Assembled the traditional way with brass bins attaching the scales to brass liners.
