Old Hickory

Ontario Old Hickory knives have been manufactured by the Ontario Knife Company since 1889. Each knife is made with a 1095 carbon steel blade and has an attractive wood handle. Blades are tempered and hand ground to retain sharpness. The hickory handles are flame burnt and buffed for a unique antiqued finish.
