The Blade: The iconic Strider PT drop point design is made from 154cm stainless steel and is finished with a light stonewash on the grind and satin finish on the flats.. 154cm is an excellent working steel proving a good mix of edge retention, corrosion resistance, toughness, and ease of sharpening. The mid-height saber grind offers a good mix of strength and slicing performance that is inline with the Strider design. The blade deploys smooth and fast via a button operated coil spring mechanism. 

The Handle: The classic Strider handle design is retained and made from super tough 7075 aluminum that has been machined with Protech's Super Grip knurling pattern and finished with a black, military grade hard anodized coating. This handle is secure and comfortable in a variety of grip positions and helps to keep the weight of this knife under 3 oz. The Pro-Strider PT carries securely via a single position, tip-up, right-hand, stainless steel, deep carry pocket clip. The deep carry clip makes carry of this knife very discrete. The pocket clip rests on a smooth section of the machined handles allowing for a very smooth transition in and out of the pocket.
