The original Hannibal has always been the big brute in the Quartermaster line. The improved frame-lock version raised the bar and pleased the crowd. Always looking to innovate and improve existing designs, the QTR team has added a lock-bar stabilizer at the center of the flange. Using their "less is more" design philosophy, a simple male portion of a chain bolt was used. This is a large profile frame-lock with barrel spacer construction. A fine texture G10 top scale sits over a stainless steel liner. The blade is a modified reverse tanto style with a false top edge and three sets of dual thumb studs. Deep jimping runs across the spine of the blade and lines up with the top of the frame when fully open. An integral part of the design is the ORB® Pivot System and Tri-Spoke® Pivot Assembly, which distributes the load of the caged bearings across a greater surface area for smoother operation. Includes a reversible tip-up carry clip and Certificate of Authenticity. Limited Production Run #/300 marked on the back of the blade.
