Hinderer Knives Fieldtac 7.0 D2 Black DLC Fixed G10 Knife

The Fieldtac 7.0 fixed knife from Rick Hinderer Knives is an all-purpose outdoor tool. Built from a full tang of tough D2 tool steel, there's nothing it can't handle. This one has a Black (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated finish with diamond textured Black G-10 handle scales.

The Blade: Crazy thick, nearly 1/4 inch, stock D2 used for the Fieldtac to fear no foliage. The user can count on nearly six inches of seriously sharp cutting edge for tackling the toughest chores of the day. It is flat ground to a drop point style with reinforced upper swedge near the tip for all-around utility. The finger choil and robust jimping on the spine make it easier to choke up on finer detailed cutting tasks. The entire surface has received a blackout DLC super tough coating finish to help protect the steel from any corrosive materials it may come in contact with. 

The Handle & Sheath: Machined diamond pattern knurling textured Black G-10 handle scales will help keep a solid grip in any environment. They're bolted on solid plus it has a front finger groove and guard big enough to handle a gloved hand. The tang extends out the butt end of the handle to a slightly rounded hammer surface with Hex drive lanyard hole to finish. The Fieldtac ships in a heavy duty USA Made black MOLLE compatible Nylon sheath with front pocket pouch and hard plastic insert.
