The Spyderco Kitchen Knife Series has been resurrected including their original MBS-26 blade steel. This Santoku Japanese butcher's knife features a thin, flat ground straight edge MBS-26 stainless blade. The steel was chosen specifically by Spyderco for kitchen use as it has proven edge retention, sharpness and excellent cutting performance.
