The Spyderco Lightweight Manix 2 with black injection molded FRCP (Fiberglass Reinforced Co-Polymer) handle and black coated plain edge blade. The classic Spyderco leaf shaped blade is made from edge holding CTS BD1 stainless steel then flat ground. Classic 14mm trademarked round hole provides easy one-handed opening. Making the knife truly ambidextrous is Spyderco’s patented Ball Bearing Lock mechanism. The ball bearing is nested in a polymer "cage" and when the blade opens the ball is wedged between a ramp on the blade and steel inset in the handle. Pulling back on the release frees the blade to glide closed. Lightweight handle has a Bi-Directional Texturing pattern for a sure grip in all conditions yet is 42% lighter than the G10 handled Manix2. Handle also has provisions for a reversible wire pocket clip and over sized lanyard hole. Brand new direct from Spyderco.
