Details

The Spyderco Military Fluted Titanium frame lock folder is a functional work of art. It is a large, hard working tactical folder with a flare for the dramatic. Each titanium slab features an intricate, channeling seashell-looking pattern. The channeling adds texture and just plain looks cool. Anodizers could have a field day with this material.

The overall size of the Military is nine inches providing plenty of room for a gloved hand. The slim, lightweight titanium is contoured for a comfortable feel in-hand. Present in the handle is the R.I.L or Reeve Integral Lock. Invented by knife maker Chris Reeve and commonly referred to today as the frame lock. A cutout in the titanium that functions like a spring locking the blade open. Considered by many to be one of the strongest locks in folding cutlery. The lock bar features a steel insert for smooth contact between the lock face and blade tang.

A four inch S30V blade is fully flat ground and given a machined satin finish. It is razor sharp and operates with the familiar Spyderco Round Hole opener. Includes a single position tip down carry pocket clip and lanyard tube. The Fluted Ti Military is battle tested, proven and exemplifies Spyderco's commitment to Constant Quality Improvement.
