Details

This custom Ranger fixed blade from maker Steven Kelly will be a trusty companion for as far as the trail goes. A full tang of corrosion resistant CPM 154 stainless steel was used to create this piece for slicing through any wilderness. It comes completed with brilliant Brazilian micarta handle scales.

Brand new piece directly from Mr. Steven Kelly.

The Blade: Thick CPM 154 steel is solid and takes a keen edge. This one comes fashioned into a handy drop styled blade design with excellent piercing tip. The satin finish on a big hollow grind is clean and superb to the eye. Such a nice touch from Steven. Its nearly four inch cutting edge should serve its user well.

The Handle: Palm filling Brazilian micarta scales are secured via silver Torx to the tang. Steve added some nice angles and contours to the micarta that really add to the overall grip.

The CPM 154 Ranger ships in a classic brown leather sheath with belt loop for carry.

About the Maker: Mr Steve Kelly is the owner/operator of S.K. Knives and TiConnector precision hardware in Bigfork, Montana. He creates some of the most sought after useful tools and titanium hardware in our industry.

About CPM-154: A Particle Metallurgy version of American 154CM, this steel has a good combination of edge retention and ease of sharpening with added toughness and corrosion resistance thanks to the CPM process. A great all around blade steel favored by many customer makers. Very similar to RWL34 in performance.
