WE Knife Co 620J Bronze Ti Stonewash-Satin M390

The model 620J frame lock folder by WE Knife Co. has high-end modern flare written all over it. Materials, design and craftsmanship are absolutely top-notch. The Blade: Very cool looking blade style on the 620, one we'd have to classify as a modified wharncliffe with a piercing point and bit of belly for slicing. A long matte gray groove runs down about 75% of the blade separating the two finishes. The flats are horizontal satin while the flat grinds have a glimmering stonewash finish. Premium Bohler M390 super stainless steel means the edge will stay incredibly sharp for longer than most steels could even dream of. Up near the small thumb ramp are gold colored dual thumb stud titanium openers. They give the user access to the blade no matter what side is closest to them. The blade absolutely rockets out the handle thanks to a ceramic ball bearings pivot system. A real class-leading setup for the 620.

The Handle: Thick machined bronze 6Al-4V titanium slabs are lightly textured, grooved and cut out for a great feel in-hand. The contours and precision are pro all the way with lightening pockets milled out of the insides for weight reduction. The grip has a bit of a double choil going on, so it's easy to choke up for more detailed cutting tasks. A solid-as-they-come frame lock bar is cut out of the back slab and fastened with a steel lockface insert for silky smooth operation. The backspacer design is two-fold with a thicker one nearest the end boasting a lanyard loop hole. Full studs matching gold anodized hardware included on this piece.

The 620 is outfitted with a three-pronged reversible bronze titanium pocket clip for tip up carry. It looks amazing in-pocket.
