Zero Tolerance 0220 Flipper with Custom Blue G10 Backspacer

The Zero Tolerance 0220 Flipper with Custom Blue G10 Backspacer offers a fresh look to this Anso inspired design.  The royal blue G10 backspacer directly replaces the factory orange aluminum backspacer (Included) and matches the ZT medallion on the frontside of the handle for a cohesive look.  The 0220 is brand new directly from ZT and has been assembled to include the custom backspacer in house by our knife tech.  

The Blade: The CPM S35VN modified drop-point design blade with slight recurve comes razor sharp and has a light stonewash finish helping to keep the knife looking good through long use. The blade rides on Zero Tolerance’s KVT bearing pivot system for quick and smooth deployment.

The Handle: Both the titanium scale and frame lock have a bead-blasted finish for a subtle texture and a nice contrast to the stonewash blade. The frame lock is vault-solid thanks to a lock face insert made of hardened steel. The knife can be carried right or left-handed (tip-up) via the deep carry stainless pocket clip. Blue G10 backspacer/lanyard hole adds a pop of color. The original orange backspacer is included with the knife.  Some Anso aesthetic elements: A Black Decorative Pivot, ZT Logo Medallion.  

CPM S35VN: Stainless steel designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish and its chemistry helps to form some niobium carbides along with vanadium and chromium carbides. The addition of niobium carbides makes the steel about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance.
