Zero Tolerance 0630 Orange and Black DLC Limited Run

The Zero Tolerance 0630ORBLK is a Limited Sprint Edition of the beloved Emerson Collab 0630 clip point folder. This one features an Orange G-10 handle scale and Black DLC finishes.

The Blade: Premium CPM-S35VN steel has been machined into a large bellied clip point style for every day durability, toughness and slicing. The entire thing has received a thick Black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating for a non-reflective, steel-protecting finish. It rides on bronze bushings for super smooth opening action which can be done two ways. The first is an Emerson Knives inspired silver thumb disk on the blade's spine. The disk can be operated from either side of the blade creating an ambidextrous opening option. The second is the Emerson Knives Patented Wave Opener. This "pocket" opener is the extension above the spine that can "catch" on the pants pocket while drawing the knife out. The opener catches on the pocket and whips the blade out in a flash for some of the fastest, at-the-ready opening manual knife action.

The Handle: This two-part frame lock features a lightly textured Orange G-10 handle scale and liner show side plus a titanium lock side. All black hardware on this beast to go along with the DLC coated titanium frame lock. The thick black coating looks and feels amazing. The lockface does include a steel lock insert, so unlocking is smooth and reliable. It also doubles as a lockbar over travel preventor on the inside of the frame. Open construction makes cleaning/maintenance a breeze while a lanyard post at the very end of the handle allows the user to personalize the piece.

The Sprint Run 0630ORBLK from Emerson and ZT Knives includes a tip up pocket clip that can be reversed for left handed carry.
