The Ritual is an intimidating liner lock folder with an aggressive Persian Scimitar blade and dramatically sweeping handle lines that make it an ideal collector's knife. This piece comes with a Dion San Mai D2 Damascus blade, violet anodized titanium liners, polished carbon fiber handle scales and matching zirconium bolsters, back spacer and 3D clip.

Blade: The sweeping scimitar-like trailing point is made from dramatic Dion San Mai Damascus, making the already conspicuous blade even more eye-catching. The Damascus San Mai cladding is visually appealing, while the D2 tool steel blade offers modern performance if you can bring yourself to use it. A thumb ramp and deep spine scoop offer leverage for powerful slicing along the full edge of the razor sharp trailing point that ends in a fine tip that is nearly perpendicular to the handle. Radiating power, the blade deploys smooth on bronze washers with ambidextrous opening via dual thumb studs or the extended blade tang.

Handle: Thick violet anodized titanium liners support contoured and polished carbon fiber scales handle scales and flush fit zirconium bolsters with matching partial back spacer. The striking material and serpentine curves of the handle are eye catching and deliver a surprisingly comfortable handle made secure with subtle and well-placed finger grooves and a snakes head pommel that lock the knife in a solid grip, forward or reverse. An anodized custom pivot and titanium Torx screws complete the construction.

Dion San Mai Damascus: San Mai is a traditional Japanese technique that consists of sandwiching three layers of steel together, a higher performance core clad with a softer, more durable material. In this instance, high wear D2 tool steel is used for the core while layered Dion Damascus is used for the cladding. The tough Damascus cladding enhances durability, corrosion resistance and offers unique visual appeal.
