The Attn2Detail Tanto Folder is a large tactical frame lock folder with a streamlined design and stout build quality. Thick contoured slabs form a large and comfortable handle with dual index grooves for a secure grip. The American style Tanto is compound ground for optimal performance whatever the tasks. This version has a satin finished CPM-3V blade and anodized titanium handle slabs with "Oriental" milled texture.

Blade: Made from ultra tough CPM-3V the subtly up swept Tanto blade is compound ground with a flat ground forward edge for piercing and detail work and a mid-height hollow grind on the main edge for slicing and durability. Riding smooth on ceramic bearings, the blade has fast flipper deployment with a crowned spine and satin grinds for a classy look.

Handle: Built in an open back construction, the handle consists of dual slabs of +4.5 mm thick titanium that are chamfered for a comfortable and milled with "Oriental" pattern texturing and two deep finger grooves for a secure grip. Despite the heft, the knife is fast in the hand and comfortable in multiple grip positions. Both scales have the milled pattern and are outfitted with an anodized finish that is orange peel bronze on the high points and mimic a verdigris patina in the channels. An integral frame lock is smooth and easy to operate and delivers rock solid lockup for safe use. Satin finished hardware rounds out this tank-like build.

CPM-3V: A high carbon alloy steel that is extremely tough and has enough chromium to have some corrosion resistance, though care is still required. High toughness translates to a stable edge that can be ground thin for enhanced performance. 3V has good edge retention, approaching VG-10 and CPM-154, with more than 3x the toughness.
