The Blade: A useful drop point means slicing and cutting power for an infinite amount of tasks. Piercing is reinforced with an upper swedged grind they're calling a unique "mohawk spine". In addition to the strength, the swedge provides more control during operation as the thumb presses up against it keeping the rest smooth. Dual thumb studs mean ambidextrous deployment while the AXIS Assist mechanism provides the horsepower. Simply begin the process of pushing out the blade and watch it go. In a rescue situation, time is everything and the quicker the better. This one has a non-reflective, black tactical finished S30V premium stainless steel with fibrous material tearing partial serrations. It will hold a good edge, provide excellent corrosion resistance in the harshest environments and be easy to re-sharpen.

The Handle: Premium 6061-T6 milled aluminum provides strength and reduces the carry weight while it's at it. There is a black hardcoat anodize to protect it and a palm swell with grip grooves on both sides. It's filling and won't slip in any grip with outstanding finger contours. A carbide tipped glass breaker accents the very butt end to add that rescue extra so many count on every day. A jimped safety lever on the spine makes sure you're in control and a tip-up reversible deep carry pocket clip ensures proper concealment of the Vallation.
