The 537GY-1 Bailout is the next evolution in this Tactical EDC line from Benchmade Knives. Part of the Black Class line, the Bailout was built to be exceptionally tough while retaining a slim, ultralight design that is ready to go anywhere you do. The 537GY-1 delivers the same great design with upgrades for both blade and handle materials. This version comes with a Tungsten Grey Cerakote coated, CPM-M4 blade and Woodland Green anodized 6061-T6 aluminum with all black hardware.

Blade: The tactical Tanto point blade provides overall utility as well as enhanced piercing performance. High performance, American CPM-M4 tool steel is finished in a durable, Tungsten Grey, poly-ceramic Cerakote that is discreetly non-reflective and offers some corrosion resistance. High saber ground, the plain edge cuts well while retaining good durability. Dual, black coated thumb studs and phosphor bronze washers provide smooth, ambidextrous operation.

Handle: Woodland Green anodized 6061-T6 aluminum was chosen for its rigidity, light weight, high toughness and resistance to the elements. It has some light diamond texturing on both sides to aid in grip with a subtle, integral dual guard for added security. A black coated aluminum barrel spacer and extended pommel end create an easy to maintain, open back construction. The pommel has a large milled slot for lanyard attachment and a carbide glass breaker for emergency use. Fully ambidextrous, the AXIS lock is reliable and easy to operation and is one of the strongest locks around. All this in a sub-3 oz. package makes the 537GY-1 Bailout a force to be reckoned with.
