Designed by Danish custom knife maker Jens Anso, the Cox is a more compact version of the popular Haddock model with a sub-3 inch blade. The Boker Plus Cox Pro offers this robust Gentleman's carry folder with a stainless steel frame lock for added security in use. The Cox Pro comes with a flat ground, satin finished D2 tool steel blade, contoured Cocobolo wood handle scale and satin finished stainless steel frame lock.

Blade: Riding on a bronze washer pivot, the beefy, 4 mm thick Sheepsfoot blade opens smooth and easy via the nail nick or using a pinch grip on the blade. With a striking satin finish, the flat ground blade offers solid slicing performance and durability with a subtle point for piercing and fine work. This is a workhorse blade meant for heavy use while coming in at under three inches for added ability to carry.

Handle: Dual stainless steel spacers support a contoured Cocobolo wood front scale and stainless steel frame for a solid, ergonomic handle. The handle requires minimal maintenance and has a neutral design for versatility. A pronounced guard and subtle forward finger choil provide solid control and safety during use. The frame is cut to form the locking mechanism providing smooth operation and solid, reliable lock up for safe use. Construction completed with stainless Torx hardware and a generous hole for lanyard attachment.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
