Boker Plus FR Mini VG-10 Flipper Titanium Frame Lock 01BO748

The FR Mini Flipper from Boker Plus is designed by Brad Zinker and is a more compact version of his standard FR flipper. This small, slim edc flipper comes in at a featherweight sub-1.5 oz weight while offering comfort and security in the hand. The sub-3" blade length makes this a great choice for areas with more stringent blade length restrictions.

The Blade: Wide drop point style with distinctive tip and crowned spine. The VG-10 premium steel is razor sharp and horizontally satin finished for a custom look. Right about 2.75 inches of cutting edge on the FR with integral flipper opener. The flipper tab has welcomed notching and is easy to use. Simply pull down/press in the tab and the blade shoots right out of the handle. It glides along on a smooth as glass ball bearings pivot system. Mr. Brad Zinker's logo can be found on the back of the blade.

The Handle: Two wide pieces of titanium have a heavy stonewashed finish to hide daily wear 'n tear. A hole pattern on the front has polished edges reminiscent of Brad's customs. They aid in grip for finger placement and help lighten the weight of the knife. The frame locking mechanism has machine notching near the top for easy unlocking of the blade. All titanium hardware construction is a nice addition including the single barrel spacer at the end and tip up carry pocket clip. 

Boker Plus really nailed this design. The handle is superb with comfortable edges, wonderful balance and finishing touches you'd expect to find on a Zinker knife.
