Blade: Full tang construction of Bohler M390 stainless steel proven to be one of the highest performing powder metallurgical stainless steels on the market today. Great for everyday carry, M390 has excellent corrosion resistance and edge retention. Slightly over three inches in cutting edge here with a strong false upper swedge grind. Razor sharp right out of the box with a non-reflective Black Diamond-Like Carbon or DLC coating that will help protect the steel from corrosion. Modified spear point profile is handy for slicing and piercing. Jimping on the thumb rest and forward choil add a nice grip.

Handle: Comfortably 3D contoured Carbon Fiber handle scales are perfect for a sure grip in any environment. They are secured to the tang via 416 stainless custom fasteners heat treated to 40 Rc and dark finished.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its extreme edge retention. M390 also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid problems by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is its ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV.
