Bradford Knives has brought their singular design process and refined construction into the kitchen with their Paring Knife. This paring knife offers a classic French-style cutting tool with modern materials and construction. This version comes with a stonewashed, Bohler M390 blade, micro Textured 3D black G10 handles and black oxide stainless steel hardware.

Blade: Full tang construction gives the paring knife both durability and balance while the 2.25 mm blade stock, full flat grind and distal taper all provide exceptional slicing performance. M390 provides premium corrosion resistance and a long wearing edge for food prep in the kitchen or in the field, with just over 3.75" of razor sharp cutting edge. The stonewashed finish hides wear from use while looking great.

Handle: Micro textured black G10 handle scales are 3D contoured with a generous palm swell for comfort and security in a variety of grips with a thin taper toward the blade for pinch grip use. The swell and micro texture on the scales provide a secure and comfortable grip for all manner of food prep tasks. The scales are secured to the tang via 416 stainless custom fasteners heat treated to 40 Rc and black oxide finished. Handwashing is recommended.

Sheath: Comes with a high quality leather blade cover for transport.

Bohler M390: A popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its exceptional edge retention, M390 has a good corrosion resistance for minimal maintenance. Another great feature of this steel is the ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV.
