An integral construction keeps the lines of this knives very clean highlighting the organic lines and eye-catching materials. This piece has a compound ground, harpoon tip Damasteel blade and Unidirectional Carbon Fiber handle with Damasteel pivot collar and clip.

Blade: The Damasteel blade glides on Brian's STBS (Sealed Thrust Bearings System) for some of the smoothest operation on the planet and deploys via dual thumb studs or the index flipper. A compound ground Harpoon tip blade provides an excellent combination of strength and cutting performance as well as strong visual lines to complement the overall design of the knife.
Handle: A solid piece Unidirectional Carbon Fiber is milled to create the integral handle. The fluted pattern on the sides give the knife a very organic and futuristic look, a Brian Tighe signature, with a stunning look from the carbon fiber layers. The Tighe Down has less aggressive finger grooves than other models for a cleaner look while still being very secure in the hand. The smooth, robust button lock provides secure lock up and a custom pivot with Damasteel pivot collars to complete this outstanding piece. The pommel end has a contoured milled channel for lanyard attachment. Includes a signature Brian Tighe zipper pouch.

Damasteel: Damasteel is a high hardness, high corrosion resistance steel that combines two stainless steels - RWL 34 and PMC 27 - in various patterns that, when etched, creates the designs seen in the blade. This delivers a blade that has striking looks and modern performance. Functionally comparable to CPM-154.
