- Blade: Feel the strength of solid S35VN steel in your palm. Hollow ground to an upward trailing point boning knife profile and heavily shiny tumbling for a wear-hiding finish.
- Handle: Two small green canvas micarta "grippers" are attached near the blade that give you extra control while working.
