Blades: The Mini Trapper pattern offers a single, long clip point blade perfect for simple everyday tasks and a more robust Spey blade for heavier use. Equipped with nail nick openers and satin mirror polish finish, Case's Tru-Sharp stainless steel blades come with slicing hollow grinds for solid performance.

Handle: Smooth, black and red Micarta covers are fit between two sets of nickel silver bolsters for a classic and stylish look. Micarta offers a rustic with the durability and weather resistance of a modern composite. The front cover sports a Case XX shield while dual stainless steel back springs deliver smooth, simple and secure slip-joint operation.

Tru-Sharp Stainless Steel: Case's proprietary version of 420HC. Stainless steel that provides excellent rust resistance, ease of re-sharpening and moderate edge retention while being exceptionally tough. With proper heat treat, it is said to preform similarly to VG-10 in wear resistance.
