It's hollow ground with an upper swedge grind done in a utilitarian drop point profile perfect for cutting, slicing and chopping whatever is in its path. Expect a little over 6 inches of shaving sharp, polished part serrated cutting edge that will be easy to maintain in the field. This version features a Black KG Gun Kote finish offering some of the toughest non-reflective and corrosion resistant coatings known to man.

Handle: Composed of extremely durable, textured and sandblasted black canvas Micarta the handles look and feel great. They offer a solid, secure grip when dry or wet. As moisture sinks into the Micarta the canvas fibers increase traction in the grip so it stays secure in the hand. A nylon lanyard is attached to the pommel end.
