Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 21 Drop Point Serrated

The Large Sebenza 21 is the standard to which the modern titanium frame lock (a.k.a. Reeve Integral Lock) is measured. This is a workhorse folding knife, fit with precision and ready for serious use. This version comes with the classic drop point blade with a partially serrated edge in stonewashed CPM-S35VN, plain titanium handles.

Blade: The Large 21 gives its user 3.5 inches of polished, shaving sharp cutting edge on a blade of CPM-S35VN offering an excellent balance of every day performance. It is hollow ground for supreme sharpness and fully stonewashed to hide daily use. A thumb ramp on the spine has perfect jimping, nearly an inch and perfect placement. The rest of the spine is crowned, smooth and polished. This version features a single blue thumb lug opener allowing for right handed opening and closing. It operates on a pivot system using oversize bronze washers with grease-filled pockets for smooth, low friction operation. This version comes with a partially serrated cutting edge that makes short work of rope or other fibrous materials.

Handle: Two thick slabs of titanium feature chamfered edges for a smooth, comfortable grip. Forward cutouts allow access to the frame lock and provide a comfortable place for fingers to rest. The handle is sandblasted creating a matte grey appearance with a very fine texture and fits medium to large hands. The Reeve Integral Frame Lock is reliable, easy to use and virtually maintenance free. Standard all titanium hardware includes a Blue anodized barrel spacer and lanyard pin with lanyard. Carries via a right hand, tip up, titanium pocket clip.

Includes a microfiber cloth, small tube fluorinated grease, LocTite, Allen keys and information packet. 

CPM S35VN: was designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish than CPM S30V and the adjusted chemistry makes CPM S35VN about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance. CPM S35VN’s improved toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
