The Sebenza (Zulu for “work”) 31 is an update to the time-tested and proven design of the classic Sebenza 21. Updated features include: Ceramic Ball Interface from the Umnumzaan/Inkosi, off-set clip design, improved ergonomics, removal of the front fixture hole, re-designed inlays (select models) and tighter tolerances thanks to improved machining processes. The model 31 is an heirloom quality tool that will see plenty of work as it is built to last. This version comes with a stonewashed, drop point CPM-S45VN blade, glass-bead blasted titanium handles and Box Elder burl inlays.

Blade: The CPM-S45VN drop point blade has a deep hollow grind offering exceptional slicing performance, extended blade life and solid durability. Beautifully stonewashed, the blade complements the inlaid handles with a classy crowned spine and a single anodized titanium thumb lug. The lug allows right-handed operating of the blade with smooth, hydraulic operation on the oversize bronze washer pivot.

Handle: Upgraded with a stunning glass-bead blast finishing, the 6AL4V titanium handle slabs have a smooth, silky feel. The front Box Elder burl wood inlay is a large, single piece that lends a sleek elegance to the clean design. A Reeve Integral Lock utilizes the titanium frame to deliver “bank vault” lockup, while the Ceramic Ball Interface increases lock reliability and life while delivering smooth operation. Includes a tube of fluorinated grease, microfiber cloth and information packet.
