The CIVIVI Anthropos is the budget friendly EDC flipper designed by iconic custom designer Elijah Isham. The Anthropos delivers a more utilitarian design while retaining Isham's style and executes it in a robust yet refined construction. This version comes with Carbon Fiber overlaid Black G10 handle scales, black stainless steel liners, and a satin Damascus blade.

Blade: A fully flat ground, Damascus blade rides on a ceramic ball bearing pivot for ultra smooth, fast deployment via the minimalist flipper tab that is fully hidden in the open position. The blade is slim yet robust in a utilitarian drop point profile that has plenty of belly for slicing and a generous top swedge that delivers enhanced piercing performance. A subtle index finger choil allows for full sharpening and added control in fine tasks. Striking and stylish, the Damascus blade is etched and polished and has a rounded triangle blade hole in Isham's signature style.

Handle: The handles are clean and simple in design with organic lines that Isham is known for and stylish carbon fiber over G10 scales. Stainless steel liners offers a solid foundation for durability with a simple and reliable liner lock mechanism for security in use. The Black G10 scales show through the carbon fiber overlays thanks to milled lines that echo the organic handle shape. The milling adds subtle traction while the ergonomic handle design provides plenty of security and comfort for extended use. The handles are completed with black stainless steel hardware and Black G10 back spacer.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.

Chinese Damascus: Damascus offers the performance of a modern steel while delivering a unique look from the pattern welded layers and acid etched finish. Often available in multiple patterns, Damascus gives a knife a striking and singular look. The core of this blade is 9Cr18MoV stainless steel hardened to around 60 HRC for solid cutting performance.
