With a hollow ground, drop point blade and comfortable, textured G10 handles the Governor is ready to join your everyday carry. This version comes with Black G10 handle scales, stainless steel liners and a satin finished D2 tool Steel blade.

Blade: A simple drop point blade is made from satin finished D2 tool steel with a large top swedge and hollow grind which provide solid slicing and piercing performance. Deploying via dual thumb studs the blade rides on phosphor bronze washers for smooth reliable operation of the blade under any conditions. The blade offers +3.75" of razor sharp cutting edge to tackle all your day to day cutting chores.

Handle: Stainless steel liners support Black G10 handle scales with standard peel-ply texture. Slim and ergonomic in design, the handles are comfortable and secure in the hand with a simple and minimalist design. The stainless steel liner lock is smooth, simple and reliable for operation with jimping for enhanced traction. A generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. D2 has a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) which gives it greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels making it semi-stainless. D2 offers a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance for a good all around knife steel.
