Custom designer Dylan Mallery has teamed up with CIVIVI for his latest production folder, the Hadros. A robust Wharncliffe blade with a powerful hollow grind handles most cutting tasks with ease, while the slim, tapered handle is secure, comfortable and easy to carry. Practical materials render a utilitarian user, while the clean design lines make the Hadros a stylish daily carry choice. This version comes with a black hand rubbed stainless San Mai Damascus steel blade and cuibourtia wood handle scales.

Blade: The talon-like Wharncliffe blade is made from striking black hand rubbed stainless San Mai Damascus with a high hollow grind providing powerful slicing and piercing performance balanced with durability. Stainless steel offers excellent edge retention with the added benefit of corrosion resistance, making it ideal for daily carry. Ambidextrous dual thumb stud deployment is fast and smooth thanks to the ceramic ball bearing pivot.

Handle: Skeletonized stainless steel liners support handsome cuibourita wood scales with chamfered edges for comfort in hand and a warm, organic feel. The slender, tapered handle has a neutral design for a secure and ergonomic grip in multiple positions and slim carry. A stainless steel liner lock offers smooth, reliable operation and rock solid lockup for safe use, while the clean sweeping lines deliver added visual appeal. The barrel spacer construction is lightweight and open for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Chinese San Mai Damascus: Produced in multiple patterns, Damascus offers the performance of a modern steel with striking visual appeal from the pattern welded layers. The core of this blade is 9Cr18MoV stainless steel hardened to around 60 HRC for solid cutting performance.
