This devastatingly effective weapon is adapted by Cold Steel into a highly functional double edge machete. Black coated 1055 carbon steel pairs with durable polypropylene for a rugged outdoor tool that requires minimal maintenance while the blunt tip enhances safety during use.

Blade: The carbon steel is equipped with a matte black coating to prevent rust. The long, flat blade offers effective chopping in both directions for efficient brush clearing, or you can optimize each edge for different materials.

Handle: A micro-textured polypropylene handle grip has a large pommel end that enhances chopping leverage while ridges and a large forward guard ensures safety during use. The synthetic material encapsulates the tang of the blade and delivers a durable and weatherproof option that holds up under the most extreme use. A generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment for added security.
