Cold Steel Outdoorsman Lite Fixed Blade Knife 20PHZ

The Outdoorsman Lite is an economical version of the Cold Steel Outdoorsman series. With similar blade shape and handle design of it's more expensive siblings it has a great look and feel with only slightly reduced performance. An excellent choice for hunters, hikers and campers.

The Blade: Sabre ground stainless steel drop point has been sub zero cryo-quenched for improved wear resistance and cutting performance. For additional utility a section of the spine has been sharpened.

The Handle: Two piece design with polypropylene guard, pommel, and core section that surrounds the tang. This core is then over-molded with grippy Kray-Ex rubber that is non-slip and easy to clean with just soap and water.

The Sheath: One piece molded sheath with an integral belt loop. 

Krupp 4116 is a medium carbon content steel with a high chromium content that makes it very rust resistant. It is not hard to sharpen and can exhibit better wear resistance than 420HC.
