The Cold Steel 90PTH Black Trench Hawk has a sharp cutting edge and wedge-like spike for multiple tactical “options” for martial use. A drop forged, 1055 carbon steel head and polymer handle are extremely durable, and the handle is inexpensive and easy to replace once you finally wear it out.

Head: Made from differentially hardened 1055 carbon tool steel, the head of the Trench Hawk can withstand heavy blows as well as the stress from prolonged hard use and even throwing. The unsharpened spike end is a piercing powerhouse  and the black powder coating is durable and helps prevent corrosion.

Handle: The handle is made from a durable, weatherproof and shock resistant polypropylene in classic black with a fine micro texture that enhances grip while being fast in the hand for use and throwing.

Sheath: Carries via an articulated Secure-Ex polymer sheath.

1055 Carbon Steel: Simple, relatively low-carbon steel used in large, heavy-duty knives, throwing knives or chopping tools when toughness is the highest priority.
